When Jim retired in October 2015, we bought a motorhome (named Jake's Place) and sold our home. We decided to be "full-timer's" and travel our beautiful nation.
Well, things didn't quite work out like we thought they would. We did sell our house in one day, but it took about 3 weeks to close. During that time I found out I would have to have some surgery, so we didn't get to leave before the storms arrived in Oregon.
Finally, on Monday, February 7, we got everything worked out and we left Oregon for our new life on the road. So, keep on reading, who knows where we will be.
